We connect to QuickBooks in read-only mode. FirmView never modifies, deletes, or writes to your accounting system.
Encrypted at rest
All uploaded files and generated reports are stored with AES-256 server-side encryption on AWS S3.
Auto-deleted
Uploaded files are automatically deleted after 30 days. Generated reports are available for download but not stored permanently.
No data sharing
Your financial data is never shared with third parties, used for training, or sold. It exists solely to generate your reports.
